About the Owner

Hi, I’m Jessica, the owner of Country Oaks Assisted Living and a licensed Physical Therapist. I founded Country Oaks with a clear purpose. To create a place where care feels personal, thoughtful, and centered on dignity.

Throughout my career, I have worked closely with individuals and families navigating aging, recovery, and long term care decisions. That experience shaped my belief that assisted living should feel like a home, not an institution, and that every person deserves care that respects who they are as an individual.

At Country Oaks, we focus on wellness, safety, and quality of life in a calm, supportive environment. Our small, residential setting allows us to provide attentive care while helping residents maintain independence, comfort, and a sense of routine. Families are an essential part of this journey, and we value open communication, trust, and collaboration every step of the way.

Every resident’s needs are unique. My role is to ensure care is personalized, compassionate, and guided by professional expertise, so residents feel supported and families feel confident in their decision.
