Hi, I’m Jessica, the owner of Country Oaks Assisted Living, and a licensed Physical Therapist by training. With years of experience across acute care, rehabilitation, outpatient, and skilled nursing settings, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals at every stage of recovery and aging.

My passion lies in empowering people to thrive—focusing on what each person can do and building from there. At our community, we prioritize wellness, safety, and quality of life, creating a supportive environment that promotes independence and dignity. We also value the vital role families play in making such an important decision for their loved ones, while honoring their unique roles as daughters, sons, grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
